Melanie: I’m a bit obsessed with this page. This is a real shift in the art style for me. Kate left the descriptions of the city pretty open-ended so that I could interpret them however I wanted. I wanted to challenge myself because so far, my buildings have been quite basic. But I love how this turned out and the way it works with the dialogue. Click here to see the background on its own.

I love the city, brutal but beautiful, very impressive without the words, but good to see Kate doing some work for a change with some new dialogue!
