Melanie: I love Redbird. Those ginger curls are just too much! I also think the first panel is the best thing I’ve drawn so far. Must resist the urge to go back and draw everything from the start.
Kate – the colours this chapter are so sumptuous. Melanie’s drawings have always been fabulous but we’re really hitting our stride here.
